At Teach the Nation, our leadership development model aims at unlocking the immense potential within our learners through our fellows, empowering them to become influential role models in the classroom and beyond. Through our comprehensive programme, we provide fellows with the tools, resources, and support they need to grow and thrive as leaders.
Over the years, we’ve witnessed a remarkable transformation in our fellows as they embrace their leadership journey. Many of them have experienced accelerated growth, transitioning into influential leadership positions within their schools. From embodying roles on School Governing Bodies (SGB) to assuming deputy principal and acting principal positions, our fellows and alumni are making significant Impacts in education leadership.
Through his two-year fellowship with Teach The Nation, Quinton has achieved significant milestones, culminating in his promotion to Acting Deputy Principal at Stellenzicht Secondary School with the guidance and support of his coach, Cindy.
