The journey of a Novice TTN Fellow
Step 1: Apply
Visualising being a Teach the Nation Fellow: You will begin your journey with us through our Summer Institute Training program, where your coaching journey will begin.
Step 2: Selection Process
In the first year of your leadership development, we focus on shaping leadership abilities by exploring our first 3 leadership objectives - self and social awareness, self-mastery, and communication across barriers.
Step 3: On-Boarding
In the second year of your leadership development, you will experience transformative leadership as you deepen your understanding of your school and community. You'll cultivate the leadership abilities of an asset-based approach to development, systems thinking, and servant leadership an asset-based approach discovers possibilities within the schools we lead in and community and drive learner community impact projects under the close mentorship of our coaches.
Step 4: 2 Year Programme
An asset-based approach discovers possibilities within your school and community, shaping impact from the Theory of Problem. You will embrace systems thinking to effectively leverage your ecosystem to build learners as leaders through community impact projects.
Step 5: Alumni Pathway
Through servant leadership you will reflect on how you have lead through service while nurturing leaders around you. This prepares you for graduation into the Teach the Nation alumni movement, where pathways open you up to education leadership, social innovation, and social entrepreneurship.
